Tickets must be submitted via HelpDesk (info). Once priority support has been provided, it’s not refundable. Installation services are limited to once per month and will be completed within 24 hours. Unlimited upgrade services may be used and will be completed within 48 hours from request. Installation service requires a clean fresh WordPress installation (if you prefer, can be done on a staging site). Server must comply with standard WordPress requirements.
The “Extended Support” doesn’t replace the standard “Updates and Support” service which comes included with Pro Radio for the first year, which is still required to install new theme and plugin versions. Instead the “Extended Support”, as the name suggests, is an additional service, to get a faster and continuous support service.
