This theme is compatible with the modern WordPress privacy and GDPR features. This doesn’t mean that is ready “as it is” because it depends on your country, company and regulations, but with this theme you can easily enforce your required privacy regulations.
WordPress Cookies policy
WordPress uses cookies, but you can now choose to manually enable a checkbox to store them in comments or not, and add your personal privacy page, delete or provide user data, and use any third party privacy plugin o display your notification.
