If the subscription expires, Pro Radio features are soft-disabled. You can reactivate the subscription anytime. If the price changes, reactivating an expired subscription can include a price change. If you keep your subscription active, we will not change your price.

Yes, Pro Radio WP requires an active license.

To cancel a service subscription, you can simply cancel the subscription via Paypal or contact us via helpdesk and request the cancellation of the service.

Cancellations must be requested at least 2 business days before an automatic renewal is performed.

Once a service extension is processed, no refund is provided.

Yes, with the monthly or yearly subscription license for Pro Radio WP, Pro Radio Plus or All in One Radio Website, you can request to change domain anytime opening a ticket.

Domain changes are subject to restrictions: if our staff detects unfair license usage, abusive license usage (multiple installations online at the same time) or reselling licenses to multiple clients, we may limit future domain changes. Any doubt? Just get in touch.

No, this theme is only for regular WordPress installations. Wp Multisite is not supported and is not allowed by our license terms.
