Pro Radio Plus is a subscription with everything included — and all features are locked when it expires. Pro Radio WP has all of the required plugins but certain additional features, such as Sidekick Premium, Podcast importer premium, or Dedications premium, have a limited usage, that can be unlocked purchasing a dedicated plugin license.

Pro Radio Plus instead guarantees full access to all premium plugins.

Yes. You can cancel the subscription anytime. Once it expires, access to premium tools, support, and updates will be blocked automatically. To cancel please open a ticket from our Helpdesk. Cancellations have to be requested at least 2 business days before automatic renewals.

Once a renewal is processed, no refund is possbile.

Yes, your site remains online and functional, no content is deleted. However, Pro Radio plugins and functionalities will be disabled. 

Switching from Pro Radio WP Plus to Pro Radio WP standard will soft-disable plugin features and Elementor templates that are part of the Pro Radio Plus bundle.

Support is available only with an active Pro Radio Plus subscription or standard Updates & Support service.

Switching to Plus is simple:

1. Buy a Pro Radio Plus license from our shop.
2. Go to the Pro Radio admin page in your WordPress site.
3. Remove your old license and add your new Plus license key.

That’s it! From that moment, your website has all plugins, all templates, and all features included in your subscription — one plan, everything unlocked.
