Yes. You can cancel the subscription anytime. Once it expires, access to premium tools, support, and updates will be blocked automatically. To cancel please open a ticket from our Helpdesk. Cancellations have to be requested at least 2 business days before automatic renewals.

Yes, your site remains online and functional. However, Pro Radio plugins and functionalities will not be available. ProRadio Plus templates are not available if you switch to legacy license.

Support is available only with an active Pro Radio Plus subscription or standard Updates & Support service.

Yes! If you already purchased the Lifetime license, you can upgrade to Pro Radio Plus anytime. The Plus plan will unlock all features, updates, and premium content. If you have a Pro Radio license, you also entitle for a discount (see below). If you have active addons like Sidekick, Business Tools, Podcast Importer or Dedications.

Before switching to a different license model, we recommend making a full site backup.

Yes, you can switch back from Plus to Regular (lifetime) as long as the Regular license has an active Updates and Support service. Premium templates  that have been imported with the Plus service will not work when switching to the Standard license. If you upgrade to Plus, your previous license will not be cancelled.

Templates marked with the P+ logo are exclusive to the Pro Radio Plus subscription and they require an active Pro Radio Plus license to be installed or used at any time.

Pro Radio Plus is a subscription that renews automatically (monthly or yearly). If the service is expired, suspended, or cancelled, Plus features are soft-disabled. Cancel by Helpdesk or Pre-Sales request at least 1 business day before renewal. No refunds after renewal; refunds apply only within 14 days of the first purchase. You may switch to a Lifetime license only if its Support & Updates service is active, or purchase a Lifetime license anytime.

Switching to Plus is simple:

1. Buy a Pro Radio Plus license from our shop.
2. Go to the Pro Radio admin page in your WordPress site.
3. Remove your old license and add your new Plus license key.

That’s it! From that moment, your website has all plugins, all templates, and all features included in your subscription — one plan, everything unlocked.
