Pro Radio Master License, Terms of Service & Usage Policy

These Terms define the licensing, subscription, support, hosting-dependent software and usage conditions applicable to Pro Radio products and services.

Updated product names and license classifications are used throughout this document. Discontinued or legacy license types remain governed by the specific commercial and licensing rights applicable when they were purchased, unless the customer expressly accepts a migration to a different product. Nothing in this Agreement retroactively reduces rights already granted under a valid earlier contract.

1. Quick Summary: What You Can and Cannot Do

1.1 What You Can Do

Use each Pro Radio license to build one complete public website, defined as one End Product.
Use Pro Radio WP indefinitely on one licensed production domain, provided that these Terms are respected.
Use a temporary, local or staging installation while preparing a Pro Radio WP website and subsequently move the license to its final production domain. One domain change is included.
Request additional Pro Radio WP domain changes by paying the applicable domain-change fee, currently €35 per change.
Use Pro Radio Plus on one production website while the subscription remains active.
Change the production domain associated with Pro Radio Plus without a numerical limit and without a domain-change fee, provided that Pro Radio is first removed from the previous production domain.
Use one additional test environment with Pro Radio Plus when the test installation uses an IP address or a subdomain whose hostname clearly includes “test” or “staging”.
Use Pro Radio WP Bundle or Pro Radio Plus Bundle as part of an active eligible Pro Radio All-in-One service, exclusively on servers provided or authorised by Pro Radio.
Receive updates and Helpdesk support while the applicable Support & Updates service, Pro Radio Plus subscription or All-in-One hosting service remains active.
Request a refund within 14 days from the first purchase of an eligible product, provided that the applicable eligibility conditions are met.
Use any AI-assisted feature made available by Pro Radio as a drafting, translation, summarisation, prompt-generation or productivity tool, subject to human review, applicable law and these Terms.

1.2 What You Cannot Do

Use one license to operate multiple independent public websites.
Use one license on multiple production domains, subdomains, subfolders or WordPress multisite networks, except for the specific Pro Radio Plus and Pro Radio Plus Bundle test-environment allowance described in these Terms.
Keep Pro Radio active on an old production domain after transferring or reissuing the same license to a new production domain.
Use Pro Radio WP Bundle or Pro Radio Plus Bundle outside servers provided or expressly authorised by Pro Radio.
Continue using subscription-only or hosting-dependent functionality after the corresponding Pro Radio Plus or All-in-One service has expired, been suspended or been terminated.
Use one license to power multiple client websites, a SaaS platform, a website builder, a website factory, a multi-tenant service or any similar commercial platform.
Redistribute, resell, share, upload or repackage the theme, plugins or templates as separately installable products.
Bypass, block, modify or otherwise interfere with license validation, domain validation, subscription checks or hosting restrictions.
Use Pro Radio products or services for illegal activities, spam, abuse, malware or other unlawful or harmful purposes.
Open payment disputes, chargebacks or payment reversals instead of first contacting support and following the applicable Refund Policy.
Submit passwords, private keys, API keys, access tokens, complete payment-card details, special-category personal data, confidential third-party information or other sensitive information through an AI-assisted feature unless expressly authorised and protected by appropriate safeguards.
Publish, send, implement or materially rely on AI-generated output without first reviewing its accuracy, suitability, legality and compliance with third-party rights.
Use AI-assisted features to create unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory or infringing content, or to present fictional people, testimonials, organisations, studios or events as authentic.

1.3 Consequences of License Violations

Suspension or termination of the affected customer account.
Revocation of licenses or services involved in the violation.
Prohibition of associated domains from using Pro Radio products where necessary to prevent continued unauthorised use.
Recovery of demonstrable losses, administrative expenses and legal costs in cases of fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised commercial use.

2. Definitions

2.1 License

A non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Pro Radio software according to these Terms and the specific conditions of the purchased product.
The License covers only the right to use the software. Ownership of the source code, designs, trademarks and commercial components remains with Qantum Themes SL.

2.2 End Product

One complete public website created for the customer or for one client using Pro Radio software.
An End Product includes the work required to install, configure and adapt the theme and plugins for one specific website, purpose and design.
Different production domains or independent public websites constitute different End Products and require separate licenses or services.

2.3 Installation

Any instance of a Pro Radio product installed or running on a WordPress website, including:
- Production domains, such as example.com.
- Subdomains, such as radio.example.com or staging.example.com.
- Subfolders, such as example.com/radio/.
- Local installations using LocalWP, MAMP, WAMP, Docker or similar software.
- Test, staging and development environments.
- WordPress multisite or network installations.
Each installation requires its own valid license unless it falls within an expressly permitted temporary, staging or testing exception described in these Terms.

2.4 Current License Types

Pro Radio WP: lifetime software license for one production domain, including an initial annual Support & Updates service that can be renewed separately.
Pro Radio Plus: recurring SaaS subscription including Pro Radio, official premium plugins, P+ templates and other Plus services.
Pro Radio WP Bundle: hosting-dependent software license supplied only with eligible All-in-One services and usable only on authorised Pro Radio servers while the associated hosting service is active.
Pro Radio Plus Bundle: hosting-dependent Plus-equivalent subscription supplied with eligible All-in-One services and usable only on authorised Pro Radio servers while the associated hosting service is active.

2.5 Support & Updates Service

A time-limited service, normally provided for one year, giving access to new software releases, downloads and the official Helpdesk.
An initial Support & Updates period is included with Pro Radio WP.
The service can be renewed periodically.
Expiration of Support & Updates does not terminate a valid Pro Radio WP lifetime license or disable the existing licensed website.
Expiration ends access to new commercial versions, new features, downloads and Helpdesk support, without limiting any conformity, security-update, statutory-guarantee or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

2.6 Subscription License

Pro Radio Plus is a recurring subscription product.
Pro Radio Plus requires an active subscription and successful license validation for its software, premium plugins, templates and subscription-dependent functionality to operate.
Pro Radio Plus Bundle requires an active eligible All-in-One service and successful validation on an authorised Pro Radio server.

2.7 Hosting-Dependent Bundle License

Pro Radio WP Bundle and Pro Radio Plus Bundle are supplied only as components of eligible Pro Radio All-in-One services.
They are not standalone, transferable or externally hosted licenses.
They may be used only on servers owned, managed or expressly authorised by Pro Radio.
The right to use these Bundle licenses ends when the corresponding All-in-One hosting service expires, is suspended, is cancelled or is terminated.

2.8 Soft-Disable

The automatic deactivation or interruption of subscription-dependent Pro Radio functionality when a Pro Radio Plus subscription or Pro Radio Plus Bundle service expires, is suspended or is terminated.
Soft-disable may affect audio players, Elementor widgets, premium plugins, cloud templates, Plus elements, Customizer functionality and other protected components.

2.9 Customer and Account

Customer: the legal entity or individual that owns the account and purchases licenses or services.
Account: the customer profile used to purchase products, manage licenses, receive invoices and request support.
Accounts are personal to the customer and may not be shared, resold or transferred without written authorisation.

2.10 Services

All Pro Radio-related products and services, including themes, plugins, software subscriptions, templates, streaming integrations, hosting, All-in-One packages, support and any other paid or free service provided under the Pro Radio brand.

3. Licensing and GPL

3.1 GPL Components

The PHP code and integrated HTML of Pro Radio products are licensed under the General Public License.
The GPL defines the rights and obligations applicable specifically to the GPL-licensed components and confirms that those components are provided without warranty.

3.2 Commercial Components

All other components, including CSS, JavaScript, images, designs, templates, trademarks and bundled non-GPL assets, are licensed under the commercial license associated with the purchased product.
These components may not be resold, redistributed, shared or made available as separately installable products without prior written permission.

3.3 Licensing in Plain English

Every Pro Radio license or eligible All-in-One software component permits the creation and operation of one End Product: one public website for the customer or for one client.
You may install, configure and customise the theme and included plugins for that End Product.
You do not have the right to:
- Resell the same license to multiple people or clients.
- Use one license to create or operate multiple independent public websites.
- Share, redistribute or repackage the original theme, plugins or templates as separately installable products.
The duration and operational conditions depend on the license type:
- Pro Radio WP may be used indefinitely on its licensed production domain, but commercial updates, downloads and support require an active Support & Updates service.
- Pro Radio Plus works only while its recurring subscription remains active and validation succeeds.
- Pro Radio WP Bundle may be used only on authorised Pro Radio servers while the related All-in-One hosting service remains active.
- Pro Radio Plus Bundle works only on authorised Pro Radio servers while the related All-in-One hosting service remains active.

3.4 General Single-Site Rules

Each license or eligible All-in-One service covers one public production website.
The completed website may be created for the customer or for one individual client.
The license itself may not be duplicated, resold or reused for another customer or website.
You are free to modify the source code for the licensed End Product, but:
- Heavily modified installations may fall outside the Support Territory if the modifications alter normal product behaviour.
- Qantum Themes SL is not responsible for problems caused by custom modifications.
You may not:
- Use one license to create multiple independent websites.
- Use one license to operate a website factory, SaaS builder or multi-client platform.
- Resell or redistribute the theme or plugins as installable products, with or without modifications.

3.5 Pro Radio WP Domain and Staging Rules

Pro Radio WP covers one production installation on one domain.
You may initially activate the license on a temporary, local or staging installation while developing or migrating the same End Product.
One domain change is included and may be used to move the license from the temporary installation to the final production domain or to replace the licensed production domain once.
After the included domain change has been used, each additional domain change requires payment of the applicable reset fee, currently €35.
A domain change does not permit simultaneous use on the previous and new domains.
Before a domain change is completed, Pro Radio must be removed or deactivated from the previous domain.
Permanent staging, development or duplicate installations require a separate license unless expressly authorised in writing.

3.6 Pro Radio Plus Domain and Staging Rules

Each Pro Radio Plus subscription covers one production website at a time.
The production domain may be changed without a numerical limit and without a domain-change fee.
Before reissuing or transferring the license, Pro Radio must be completely removed from the previous production domain.
The same subscription may not remain active on the previous and new production domains simultaneously.
One additional test installation is permitted for the same End Product when:
- The installation is accessed through an IP address; or
- The installation uses a subdomain whose hostname clearly contains the word “test” or “staging”.
The test installation must be used for development, testing, redesign or migration of the licensed production website.
The test installation may not operate as a second radio station, separate commercial project, independent public website or additional End Product.
WordPress multisite networks and additional production installations require separate subscriptions.

3.7 Bundle Domain and Hosting Rules

Each Pro Radio WP Bundle or Pro Radio Plus Bundle covers one production website associated with one eligible All-in-One hosting service.
The software must remain hosted on a server provided or expressly authorised by Pro Radio.
The Bundle license may not be transferred to an external hosting provider.
A domain change must remain associated with the same active All-in-One service and may require verification or intervention by Pro Radio support.
Pro Radio Plus Bundle follows the same production-domain and test-environment rules as Pro Radio Plus, provided that every installation remains on an authorised Pro Radio server.
Any test installation for Pro Radio Plus Bundle must use an authorised IP address or a subdomain clearly containing “test” or “staging”.
Staging or development installations for Pro Radio WP Bundle are permitted only where expressly included or authorised as part of the applicable All-in-One service.

4. Product Families and License Types

4.1 Pro Radio WP

Pro Radio WP is a lifetime software license covering one production installation on one domain.
One domain change is included.
Additional domain changes are available for the applicable domain-change fee, currently €35 per change.
The theme may continue to operate indefinitely on the licensed domain, provided that these Terms are respected.
Pro Radio WP includes an initial annual Support & Updates period.
Support & Updates can be renewed periodically.
If Support & Updates expires:
- The existing licensed website and installed theme continue to function.
- The customer loses access to new commercial versions, new features, software downloads and Helpdesk support, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
- A later reactivation may be charged at the public price and conditions applicable at the time of reactivation.
Pro Radio WP does not include:
- Pro Radio Plus premium plugins.
- P+ cloud templates or Plus-only template libraries.
- Hosting or All-in-One services.
- Elementor Pro.
The lifetime license may be revoked in cases of license fraud, prohibited distribution or simultaneous use on multiple unauthorised production domains.

4.2 Pro Radio Plus

Pro Radio Plus is a recurring SaaS subscription.
It includes:
- The Pro Radio theme.
- Official premium plugins made available under the Plus plan, including Sidekick Premium, Dedications Premium, Business Tools, Podybot Podcast Importer and similar products.
- Access to P+ Elementor templates and blocks.
- Cloud services and additional Plus-only functionality as described on the Pro Radio website.
- Updates and Helpdesk support while the subscription remains active.
Elementor Pro is not included. Any Elementor Pro license must be purchased and managed directly from Elementor.
Each active subscription covers one production End Product.
As a customer benefit, production-domain changes are unlimited and do not incur a domain-change fee, provided that Pro Radio is removed from the previous production domain before each transfer.
As an additional customer benefit, one eligible test or staging environment is included under the conditions described in Section 3.6.
If the subscription expires, is suspended or is terminated:
- Pro Radio subscription-dependent functionality is interrupted or soft-disabled.
- Official premium plugins and protected Plus functionality are disabled.
- Cloud templates, P+ elements and import services become unavailable.
- Updates, downloads and Helpdesk support end.

4.3 Pro Radio WP Bundle

Pro Radio WP Bundle is supplied exclusively as part of eligible Pro Radio All-in-One hosting services, including applicable existing or legacy All-in-One plans.
It covers one production website hosted on a server provided or expressly authorised by Pro Radio.
It cannot be transferred, activated or used on an external hosting provider.
Updates and Helpdesk support are included while the related All-in-One hosting service remains active.
The Bundle license does not create a separate standalone Pro Radio WP lifetime license.
If the All-in-One service expires, is cancelled, suspended or terminated:
- The right to use Pro Radio WP Bundle ends.
- Updates, downloads and Helpdesk support end.
- The Bundle license may not be exported or transferred to another server.
Hosting-related conditions, including uptime, backups, server resources, email and data location, are governed by the applicable Hosting Product Agreement.

4.4 Pro Radio Plus Bundle

Pro Radio Plus Bundle is supplied as the software package included with current eligible Pro Radio All-in-One hosting services.
It provides functionality equivalent to the applicable Pro Radio Plus package, including the Pro Radio theme, official premium plugins, P+ templates and Plus-only services.
It may be used only on servers provided or expressly authorised by Pro Radio.
It cannot be transferred or used with an external hosting provider.
Each active Pro Radio Plus Bundle covers one production End Product.
Production-domain changes are unlimited and one additional eligible test environment is included, following the rules described in Sections 3.6 and 3.7.
The Bundle remains valid only while the corresponding All-in-One hosting service remains active.
If the All-in-One service expires, is cancelled, suspended or terminated:
- Subscription-dependent Pro Radio functionality is interrupted or soft-disabled.
- Premium plugins, P+ templates and cloud services become unavailable.
- Updates, downloads and Helpdesk support end.
- The license may not be transferred to an external server.
Hosting-related conditions are governed by the applicable Hosting Product Agreement.

4.5 Pro Radio Templates, Images and Premium Plugins

Elementor templates marked with the P+ logo are available only through an active Pro Radio Plus or Pro Radio Plus Bundle service.
Demo images, text, audio, video and other media are provided exclusively for demonstration and example purposes and must be replaced before the final website is published.
Some demo images and media may be created or modified using generative artificial intelligence and may depict fictional people, studios, locations, objects or situations.
AI-generated or AI-modified demo materials are provided exclusively for illustrative and design-demonstration purposes.
Demo materials must not be presented as photographs, testimonials, customers, employees, radio stations, venues or events that actually exist.
The customer is responsible for replacing demo content and ensuring that all images, text, audio, video and other content used on the final website are properly licensed and comply with applicable law.
Elementor Pro is never included and must be licensed separately where required.

5. Terms of Service

5.1 Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing or using any Pro Radio product or service, you agree to the version of this Agreement made available to you in connection with the relevant purchase or service.
These Terms apply to all users, including customers who receive a product through a bundle, hosting service, promotion or authorised reseller.
Discontinued or legacy products remain subject to rights already acquired under the terms applicable to the original purchase, except where the customer expressly accepts a migration or replacement agreement.

5.2 Amendments

Updated Terms apply to new purchases from their stated effective date.
For existing recurring services, material changes will be communicated in advance by email or another durable medium.
Changes may be made for legal, regulatory, security, technical, product-development, service-improvement or organisational reasons.
Changes will not retroactively reduce rights already acquired under an earlier valid contract.
Where applicable law grants a customer the right to reject a material modification or terminate the affected service, that right remains unaffected.
Non-material corrections, clearer wording, updated product names and changes that improve customer rights or benefits may take effect on the date stated in the notice.

5.3 Nature of the Service

Pro Radio products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, subject to mandatory conformity and consumer rights.
We do not guarantee permanent continuity of every specific feature, browser compatibility or third-party integration.
Features may be changed or removed because of technical evolution, security requirements, legal requirements, platform changes or legitimate business decisions.
Products or individual features may be retired when they are no longer technically, legally, securely or commercially sustainable.

5.4 Account Rules

You must provide accurate personal, contact and billing information.
Accounts may not be shared, transferred or resold without written authorisation.
You must not create multiple accounts to bypass bans, license limits, service restrictions or pricing rules.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

5.5 Payments, Renewals and Billing Cycles

Recurring products and services include:
- Pro Radio Plus.
- Pro Radio All-in-One services containing Pro Radio WP Bundle or Pro Radio Plus Bundle.
- Support & Updates renewals.
- Hosting, add-ons and any other recurring services identified during purchase.
Recurring services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle when an active recurring payment authorisation exists.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges using the payment method associated with your account.
Where required by applicable consumer law, we will send an advance renewal reminder through email or another durable medium before the deadline for preventing the next renewal.
Renewal payments are final and non-refundable after processing, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
The customer is responsible for checking and managing active pre-approved payments or subscriptions in PayPal, Stripe or the relevant financial account.
If a customer manually pays a service that is also automatically renewed, the duplicated payment will normally be applied as additional service time, account credit or another reasonable remedy agreed with the customer, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Prices may change for new purchases, future renewals where legally permitted and reactivated services.
Material price changes affecting an existing recurring service will be communicated in advance where required by law.
Reactivated subscriptions or Support & Updates services may be charged at the public price and conditions applicable at the time of reactivation.

5.6 Cancellation Rules

Subscriptions may be cancelled through the customer area, where the relevant cancellation function is available, at any time before the next renewal is processed.
Cancellation requests requiring manual Helpdesk processing should preferably be submitted at least two business days before renewal to allow sufficient processing time.
Where available, the customer may also cancel the recurring payment directly through PayPal, Stripe or the relevant payment provider.
The customer remains responsible for ensuring that cancellation is completed before the renewal is processed.
Requests received after a renewal has already been processed normally apply to the following billing period and do not automatically create a right to reimbursement, subject to mandatory consumer law.
Emails, invoice replies or communications through unofficial channels may not be treated as formal cancellation requests unless expressly accepted by Pro Radio.

5.7 Warranty Disclaimer

Except for warranties and conformity obligations that cannot legally be excluded, we do not warrant that:
- Services or content will be accurate, complete or suitable for every specific purpose.
- The website, theme, plugins, hosting or third-party integrations will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Every defect will be corrected.
- All products will remain compatible with every future version of WordPress, PHP, browsers, servers or third-party software.
- Communications to or from our systems cannot be intercepted.
Use of Pro Radio products and services is at the customer’s own risk, subject to mandatory legal rights.

5.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Radio and Qantum Themes SL are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.
For business customers, total liability for all claims arising during any 12-month period is limited to the total amount paid by the customer to Pro Radio during that same period, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

5.9 Release and Indemnity

Business customers agree to indemnify and hold Pro Radio, Qantum Themes SL, their directors, employees, contractors and successors harmless from third-party claims, losses, damages or reasonable legal costs resulting from:
- A material breach of this Agreement.
- Unlawful or improper use of the Services.
- A violation of third-party rights.
- Content published or distributed through the customer’s website.
This clause applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

5.10 Site Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content published on pro.radio, including images, documentation, designs and text, belongs to Qantum Themes SL.
Replicating or redistributing Pro Radio website content requires prior written consent.
Pro Radio and associated names and logos are protected trademarks or commercial identifiers.

5.11 Privacy and Data Protection

Pro Radio products are designed to support compliance with major privacy regulations, including the GDPR, but installation or use does not automatically make a customer website compliant.
You are responsible for informing website visitors about cookies, trackers, analytics, forms, embedded media and other data-processing activities occurring on your website.
Customer and user data may be collected and processed for:
- Order processing, invoicing and payment management.
- License activation, validation and management.
- Customer support and communication.
- Hosting, email, update servers, security and service delivery.
- Translation, summarisation and preparation of draft customer-support communications using authorised AI-assisted tools.
Data may be disclosed to authorised processors and technology providers where necessary for service delivery, security, legal compliance or customer support.
Where necessary to provide support, translation, content assistance or AI-enabled functionality, customer-submitted information may be processed by authorised artificial-intelligence and technology service providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-processing agreements.
You must not submit unnecessary personal, confidential or sensitive information through Pro Radio services or AI-assisted features.

5.12 AI-Assisted Features and Content

Certain current or future Pro Radio features, internal support processes and related services may use third-party artificial-intelligence providers, including OpenAI, to assist with drafts, translations, summaries, prompts, images, documentation, code suggestions or proposed customer-support replies.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI-generated output is provided solely as a draft, suggestion or productivity aid.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, unsuitable, offensive or similar to content protected by intellectual-property or other third-party rights.
The fluency, level of detail or apparent confidence of an AI-generated output does not guarantee its accuracy or suitability.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated output before publishing, sending, implementing or relying on it.
Review must include, where relevant, facts, names, dates, prices, technical instructions, links, intellectual-property rights, privacy obligations and compliance with applicable law.
AI-generated output does not constitute legal, financial, medical, regulatory or other professional advice.
You must not submit passwords, private keys, API credentials, complete payment-card information, special-category personal data or unnecessary confidential information through AI-assisted features.
You must not use AI-assisted features to generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory, malicious or infringing content.
AI-assisted features may depend on third-party services, models and infrastructure whose availability, behaviour and output may change.
Pro Radio may modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue any AI-assisted feature for legal, technical, security or commercial reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Radio and Qantum Themes SL disclaim liability for decisions, publications, claims, losses or damages resulting from unverified, unlawful or improper use of AI-generated output.

5.13 Software Updates and Product Retirement

Commercial updates and support are provided while the relevant product remains actively developed and the applicable Support & Updates service, subscription or All-in-One service remains active.
Expiration of a commercial updates service does not limit any security update, conformity, statutory guarantee or other obligation that cannot legally be excluded.
We may modify or discontinue products, services or individual features if:
- The Pro Radio project is officially discontinued.
- The company is acquired, merged or reorganised.
- WordPress or another essential platform ceases active development.
- A product or feature is no longer technically viable, secure, legally sustainable or commercially maintainable.
- A required third-party provider, API, model or infrastructure service becomes unavailable or materially changes its conditions.
Retirement of a service does not convert a recurring or hosting-dependent license into a standalone lifetime license.
Where required by applicable law, customers affected by a material service modification or retirement will receive reasonable advance notice and any mandatory termination or remedy rights.

6. Support Terms and Definition

6.1 General Support Rules

Support is included only for the duration of an active Support & Updates service, Pro Radio Plus subscription or eligible All-in-One service.
Support is provided exclusively through the official Helpdesk.
Requests sent through social networks, personal email or other unofficial channels may be ignored or discarded.
Only the account holder or an authorised contact associated with the customer account may use the Helpdesk.
Helpdesk access may not be resold or publicly shared.
Support is normally provided as written questions and answers relating to a specific technical issue.
Support may be limited or denied when:
- The question is unrelated to Pro Radio products.
- The request is excessively generic or does not provide the information required for investigation.
- The request is not submitted in English, Italian or Spanish.
- The applicable Support & Updates, subscription or hosting service is inactive.

6.2 Support Territory: Included Services

Basic server-environment compatibility checks.
Suggestions for adapting PHP versions, memory limits and basic hosting settings to published Pro Radio requirements.
Troubleshooting and usage guidance concerning:
- Theme and official plugin installation.
- Demo-import procedures.
- Template usage and configuration.
- Built-in Pro Radio theme and plugin functionality.
Streaming-channel integration for supported MP3 or AAC streams and basic checks for up to three streaming channels per website.

6.3 Support Does Not Include

WordPress installation, unless expressly purchased as a separate service.
Performing theme or plugin updates on behalf of the customer.
Website backup or restoration procedures.
Integration of unsupported streaming servers or streams blocked by incorrect CORS, firewall or geo-blocking rules.
Integration of unsupported audio, video or streaming formats.
Configuration, troubleshooting or customisation of third-party plugins beyond basic compatibility guidance.
Custom development or modifications required to implement designs or functionality not included in the documented product.
Problems caused by external plugins, scripts, modified core files or incompatible hosting environments.
Server and hosting management outside the scope of the purchased hosting service, including migrations, mail configuration, DNS, SSL or custom server tasks.
Advanced performance optimisation, caching configuration, CDN setup or speed tuning.
SEO services, keyword research, content optimisation, link building or search-engine submission.
Security audits, malware removal or recovery from hacked websites.
General web-design or content-production services, including:
- Creating pages or posts.
- Uploading media or assets.
- Designing layouts using Elementor or another page builder.
Graphic-design services, including image editing, logo creation or banner design.
Business, copyright, music-licensing, legal or bureaucratic consulting.
General WordPress, Elementor or WooCommerce training beyond official Pro Radio documentation.
Migration from staging to production unless expressly included in a separate paid service.

6.4 Support Usage Limits and Paid Services

Support may be considered excessively consumed when a single case exceeds ten replies, depending on the complexity and cause of the issue.
Extensive support already delivered may be considered when evaluating discretionary refunds, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Installation, configuration and demo import are paid services unless expressly included in the purchased package.
If installation or configuration work is provided free of charge as a courtesy, its reasonable commercial value may be considered in any discretionary refund where legally permitted and clearly communicated.

6.5 Helpdesk Conduct and Abuse

Customers must communicate professionally and respectfully.
Offensive, racist, discriminatory, denigratory, spammy or threatening messages are not tolerated.
Serious or repeated abuse may result in restriction or termination of Helpdesk access, without limiting access to legally required remedies.

6.6 Third-Party Issues and Billable Technical Assistance

Standard support covers Pro Radio products only within the Support Territory.
Issues caused by third-party software, hosting environments, custom code or external services fall outside standard support.
Where available, Pro Radio may offer paid technical assistance at €120 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments, with a minimum charge of €40 per case.
Before performing billable work beyond initial investigation, we will provide a general estimate and request written approval.
If the customer declines paid assistance, we may provide our findings and suggested next steps without performing additional work.
Unpaid technical-assistance invoices may result in suspension of optional support or related paid services, subject to applicable law.

7. Refund and Withdrawal Policy

7.1 General Rules

This Refund Policy applies to:
- Pro Radio WP.
- Pro Radio Plus.
- Pro Radio All-in-One services containing Pro Radio WP Bundle.
- Pro Radio All-in-One services containing Pro Radio Plus Bundle.
- Official Pro Radio add-on plugins and eligible digital products.
Consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right where applicable.
For digital content supplied immediately, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost only where the consumer has expressly consented to immediate performance, expressly acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right and received the legally required confirmation.
Where those requirements have not been completed, mandatory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
In addition to statutory rights, Pro Radio may offer a contractual 14-day refund under the eligibility conditions below.
Renewal payments are not refundable after processing, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Refund requests must be submitted through the official Helpdesk from the customer account used for the purchase.

7.2 Eligible Reasons Under the Contractual Refund Policy

Product does not install:
- If no installation or activation occurred, a refund may be approved without technical investigation.
- If installation was attempted, the customer must provide the access and information reasonably required for investigation and allow up to three business days for resolution.
Major reproducible bug:
- A core documented feature is unusable because of a reproducible product defect.
- The issue occurs in a supported environment and is not caused by hosting limitations, custom modifications or third-party conflicts.
Product materially differs from its published description or demo:
- The customer must provide sufficient evidence and access.
- Pro Radio must be allowed up to three business days to correct the discrepancy.
Website breaks immediately after installation:
- The customer must provide access for investigation.
- Pro Radio must be allowed up to three business days to resolve the issue.
Customer changed their mind:
- A contractual refund may be available within 14 days where the product was not downloaded, installed, activated or materially used.

7.3 Non-Eligible Conditions Under the Contractual Refund Policy

Hosting or server environments that do not meet the published requirements.
Conflicts caused by third-party themes, plugins, scripts or custom code.
Technical refund requests where the customer refuses reasonable access, diagnostic information or the three-business-day investigation period.
Requests submitted after extensive support usage for the same case, where no mandatory consumer right applies.
Recurring renewals, including Pro Radio Plus, Support & Updates and All-in-One renewals, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Services already delivered, including installation, configuration, migration, hosting provisioning or custom development, to the extent permitted by law.
Requests based solely on personal preferences after the product has been installed and materially used.
Suspensions or terminations caused by material violations of these Terms.

7.4 Support Interaction Before a Technical Refund

A Helpdesk ticket must be opened before requesting a contractual refund for a technical reason.
The customer must allow up to three business days for Pro Radio to:
- Analyse the issue.
- Request access and diagnostic information.
- Attempt a correction or provide a working solution.
This investigation procedure does not restrict non-waivable statutory withdrawal, conformity or guarantee rights.

7.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally processed within three business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible.
Pro Radio is not responsible for currency-conversion differences, bank charges or exchange-rate fluctuations.
The value of separately purchased and fully delivered services may be deducted only where legally permitted.
Duplicated payments may be resolved through reimbursement, account credit, additional service time or another reasonable remedy agreed with the customer, subject to mandatory rights.

7.6 Product-Specific Refund Rules

Pro Radio WP:
- The first purchase may qualify for a contractual refund within 14 days under the eligibility rules above.
- Support & Updates renewals are not refundable after processing, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Additional domain-change fees are not refundable once the requested license reset has been completed.
Pro Radio Plus:
- The first payment of a new subscription may qualify for a contractual refund within 14 days.
- Renewals and continuing subscription cycles are not refundable after processing, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
All-in-One with Pro Radio WP Bundle or Pro Radio Plus Bundle:
- The first purchase may qualify for a contractual refund within 14 days under the eligibility rules above.
- Renewals are not refundable after hosting or server resources have been renewed, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
- The Bundle license cannot be separated from or retained after the related All-in-One service ends.

8. License Violations, Disputes and Enforcement

8.1 Multiple-Domain and Multi-Site Usage

Each license covers one production End Product at a time.
Pro Radio WP includes one domain change. Additional changes require payment of the applicable fee.
Pro Radio Plus permits production-domain changes without a numerical limit or fee, provided that Pro Radio is removed from the previous production domain before each transfer.
Pro Radio Plus and Pro Radio Plus Bundle permit one eligible test installation under the conditions described in these Terms.
A test or staging exception does not permit operation of a second independent public website or End Product.
Pro Radio WP Bundle and Pro Radio Plus Bundle may be used only on authorised Pro Radio servers as part of the associated All-in-One service.
Using one license simultaneously on multiple unauthorised production domains is prohibited.
WordPress multisite networks require separate licensing unless expressly authorised in writing.

8.2 Illegal Distribution and Resale

You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the original theme, plugins or templates in a form that allows installation by third parties.
Uploading products to public repositories, file-sharing platforms, GPL clubs or similar distribution services is prohibited.
Transferring Bundle software outside an eligible All-in-One service is prohibited.

8.3 Attempts to Bypass Validation

Modifying, blocking or bypassing license, domain, subscription or server validation is a material breach of this Agreement.
Using firewall rules, code modifications, proxy systems or custom scripts to impersonate a valid license or avoid subscription checks is prohibited.
Attempting to use Pro Radio WP Bundle or Pro Radio Plus Bundle outside authorised servers is prohibited.

8.4 Consequences of License Fraud

Suspension or termination of the affected account.
Revocation of affected licenses.
Domain restrictions where necessary to stop continued unauthorised use.
Refusal of future purchases or support in serious or repeated fraud cases.

8.5 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Before opening a payment dispute, chargeback or bank reversal, customers should first contact Pro Radio and follow the applicable Refund Policy, unless circumstances reasonably require immediate contact with the payment provider.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in:
- Suspension or closure of the affected customer account.
- Revocation of licenses and services associated with the disputed payment.
- Refusal of future services in serious or repeated cases.
Fraudulent disputes may be reported to payment processors, financial institutions and competent authorities.
Nothing in this section limits a customer’s lawful right to dispute an unauthorised or incorrect charge.

8.6 Recovery of Unauthorised Commercial Use

Where a license is bypassed, shared, resold, duplicated or commercially used on unauthorised installations, Qantum Themes SL may seek payment of unpaid license fees and recovery of demonstrable administrative, technical, legal and commercial losses.
For business customers only, and only where legally enforceable, serious unauthorised commercial use may result in a contractual Recovery Fee of €750 per unauthorised installation.
The business customer and Qantum Themes SL retain the right to demonstrate that the actual loss was respectively lower or higher than the stated amount where applicable law permits.
The fixed Recovery Fee does not apply to consumers where prohibited or limited by mandatory consumer law.
External legal, collection or enforcement expenses may be claimed where legally recoverable.
Payment of unpaid fees or damages does not prevent account termination, license revocation or other proportionate measures necessary to stop continued unauthorised use.

9. Expiration, Suspension, Soft-Disable and Cancellation Effects

9.1 Pro Radio WP Support & Updates Expiration

Expiration of the Support & Updates service does not terminate the underlying Pro Radio WP lifetime license.
The licensed theme and existing website may continue to operate on the authorised domain.
The customer loses access to:
- New commercial software versions and new features.
- Product downloads.
- Helpdesk support.
Mandatory security, conformity, statutory guarantee and other non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Premium plugins, cloud services or subscription-only features not included with Pro Radio WP are not granted by the lifetime license.

9.2 Pro Radio Plus Expiration

If a Pro Radio Plus subscription expires, is suspended or is terminated:
- Subscription-dependent Pro Radio functionality is interrupted or soft-disabled.
- Pro Radio audio players and protected Elementor widgets may be disabled.
- Official premium plugins and Plus-only components are disabled.
- Cloud template access and import functionality are disabled.
- The WordPress dashboard may display a License Expired or similar notice.
- Updates, downloads and Helpdesk support end.
The public website may remain technically accessible, but protected Pro Radio functionality will not resume until the subscription is renewed.

9.3 Pro Radio WP Bundle Expiration

Pro Radio WP Bundle remains valid only while the associated All-in-One hosting service remains active.
If the All-in-One service expires, is suspended, is cancelled or is terminated:
- The right to use the Bundle license ends.
- Updates, downloads and Helpdesk support end.
- The license cannot be moved to external hosting.
- The website and associated hosting services may be suspended or terminated under the applicable Hosting Product Agreement.

9.4 Pro Radio Plus Bundle Expiration

Pro Radio Plus Bundle remains valid only while the associated All-in-One hosting service remains active.
If the All-in-One service expires, is suspended, is cancelled or is terminated:
- Subscription-dependent Pro Radio functionality is interrupted or soft-disabled.
- Premium plugins, P+ templates and cloud services become unavailable.
- Updates, downloads and Helpdesk support end.
- The Bundle license cannot be transferred to an external server.
- The website and associated hosting services may be suspended or terminated under the applicable Hosting Product Agreement.

9.5 Voluntary Cancellation

A recurring subscription or All-in-One service may be cancelled before the next renewal is processed using the available customer-area, Helpdesk or payment-provider cancellation method.
Manual Helpdesk cancellation requests should preferably be submitted at least two business days before renewal.
The customer remains responsible for ensuring cancellation is completed before the renewal is processed.
No refund is automatically due for a renewal already processed, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

9.6 Termination for Abuse or Violations

Serious or repeated material violations may result in immediate termination without a contractual refund.
Associated domains may be restricted from using Pro Radio products where necessary to prevent continued unauthorised use.
Terminated accounts may be refused reactivation, new purchases or future support in serious fraud or abuse cases.
Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Legal Compliance, Governing Law and Miscellaneous

10.1 Consumer and Business Rights

Consumers retain all mandatory rights granted by applicable Spanish and European Union consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory withdrawal, conformity, guarantee, update, remedy or jurisdiction rights that cannot legally be waived.
Business customers accept the commercial, refund, licensing and support conditions defined in this Agreement, subject to mandatory law.

10.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Pro Radio is operated by Qantum Themes SL, a company established in Spain.
This Agreement is governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union regulations.
For business customers, where legally permitted, disputes arising from Pro Radio products or services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
Mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
The invalid provision shall be interpreted or replaced as closely as legally possible to preserve its original lawful commercial purpose.

10.4 Legacy Products and Existing Rights

Discontinued or legacy license types remain governed by the specific commercial and licensing conditions applicable when they were purchased, unless the customer expressly accepts a migration to a different product or license type.
Nothing in this Agreement retroactively reduces rights already granted under a valid earlier contract.
Updated terminology may be used administratively to describe current product families, but it does not by itself convert a legacy license into a different license type.
Where an existing All-in-One service is upgraded or migrated from Pro Radio WP Bundle to Pro Radio Plus Bundle, the customer receives the additional Plus functionality described for the migrated service without reducing previously acquired rights.

10.5 Entire Agreement

This Pro Radio Master License, Terms of Service and Usage Policy consolidates the current general conditions previously published under:
- WordPress Theme and Plugins Terms of Service.
- Support Terms and Definition.
- WordPress Theme License.
- Pro Radio Plus Terms of Service and License Agreement.
- Previous documents referring to discontinued license names.
For new purchases and current recurring services, this document applies together with the specific order description, invoice, product page, Hosting Product Agreement and Privacy Policy.
For legacy purchases, Section 10.4 prevails where necessary to preserve previously acquired rights.

10.6 Contract Version and Durable Copy

The effective date and version of these Terms are displayed at the beginning of the document.
Customers may save, print or download the Terms before purchasing.
Qantum Themes SL may retain the version and acceptance date associated with an order or recurring service.
A copy of the applicable contractual conditions may be requested through the official Helpdesk.

10.7 Effective Date

This version takes effect on August 31, 2026.
The updated terminology and customer-benefit improvements, including unlimited Pro Radio Plus domain changes, one included Plus test environment and the inclusion of Pro Radio Plus Bundle with eligible current All-in-One services, apply from that date.
No existing valid lifetime or legacy license loses previously acquired rights as a result of this update.
