My website is showing "Invalid License" how to fix?

It's perfectly normal to see this message if you just moved website to a new location or if is a new "All in One Radio Website". This simply means you need to enter or update your own license key.

If you just bought "All-in-One Radio Website"

  1. Go to your services area https://pro.radio/shop/clientarea.php?action=services
  2. Click on "Pro Radio WordPress Theme" and copy the license number
  3. Paste the license in your WordPress Dashboard >  "Pro Radio admin"

If you have standard Pro Radio Theme license:

If the license is not accepted, you may need to reissue the license

  1. Go to your services area https://pro.radio/shop/clientarea.php?action=services
  2. If the domain in "Valid Domains" doesn't reflect your current installation, click "Reissue"
  3. Copy the license in your website, in the Pro Radio Admin page

Entering the license doesn't require to have a valid Support and Updates service. The license can always be entered in your website.

I can't reissue my license anymore (maximum reissues):

According to the License Terms, each license allows for one reissue to change the domain or to move the website from a staging installation to your online production server. Any additional changes incur a fee of $20.

For additional domain changes:

1) Purchase a license reset here:) https://pro.radio/shop/store/wordpress-themes/license-reset

2) Once done, contact us via helpdesk the service is manually provided within 12 hours

Why this fee?

While it's normal to create the site in a staging environment and then move it to production, and that's covered in the cost of the license, any website migration comes with additional issues, leading to extra support work for us. We don't want every customer to bear this cost, as it's not typical. Therefore, if you choose to move the site multiple times, an additional fee will be required to compensate for the extra work involved on our end.

This fee ensures that every customer receives the service quality they paid for, without their support experience being compromised by excessive usage from certain users performing multiple installations under the same license. It helps maintain a fair and consistent level of service for all our customers.

We try to keep our price as low as possible, so extra services are counted separately and charged only on demand.

Keeping a stable staging installation

To have a permanent staging installation on another URL, online or local, you need a separate license.
You can purchase an additional with 15% discount with the coupon "AddOne" at the checkout.

The same license cannot be active on multiple domains at the same time.
