Pro Radio Master License, Terms of Service & Usage Policy

1. Quick Summary: What You Can and Cannot Do

1.1 What You Can Do
  • Use Pro Radio products to build one complete public website (End Product) per license.
  • Build the site first on a temporary domain or local/staging installation and then move it once to the final domain (one domain change is included).
  • For Legacy Lifetime licenses (product name ” ProRadio Theme for WP”): keep using the theme on the licensed domain forever, as long as you respect these terms. Doesn’t apply to  “ProRadio Theme for WP – Standard” , ” ProRadio Theme for WP – Bundle” and  “ProRadio Theme for WP – Plus”
  • For Pro Radio WP Standard and Pro Radio WP Plus subscriptions: use all premium features as long as your subscription remains active and valid.
  • Request technical support within the defined support territory while your Support & Updates service (or subscription) is active.
  • Request a refund within 14 days from the first purchase, if the eligibility conditions are met.
1.2 What You Cannot Do
  • Use one license on multiple domains, subdomains, subfolders, WordPress multisite, or separate installations.
  • Use one license to power multiple client websites or any kind of SaaS, “website builder,” or multi-tenant service.
  • Keep using subscription-only features (Standard/Plus/All-in-One) if your subscription or service is expired, suspended, or terminated.
  • Redistribute, resell, share, upload, or repackage the theme, plugins, or templates as installable products.
  • Bypass, block, or tamper with license validation or subscription checks.
  • Use Pro Radio products for illegal activities, spam, abuse, malware, or high-risk content.
  • Open PayPal/Stripe disputes or chargebacks instead of contacting support and following the refund policy.
1.3 Consequences of License Violations
  • Immediate termination of the customer account.
  • Permanent revocation of all licenses in the account.
  • Permanent ban of the associated domains from using Pro Radio products in the future.
  • Recovery Fees and legal actions for fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized usage.

2. Definitions

2.1 License
  • A non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Pro Radio software according to this document.
  • The License covers only the right to use the software; ownership of the source code and designs remains with Qantum Themes SL.
2.2 End Product
  • One public website (for you or one client) built using Pro Radio software.
  • Includes the effort and skills required to install, configure, and adapt the theme and plugins to a specific purpose and design.
2.3 Installation
  • Any instance of a Pro Radio product installed and running on a WordPress website, including:
    • Production domains (e.g. example.com)
    • Subdomains (e.g. staging.example.com, radio.example.com)
    • Subfolders (e.g. example.com/radio/)
    • Local installations (LocalWP, MAMP, WAMP, Docker, etc.)
    • Test, staging, and development environments
    • WordPress multisite/network installations
  • Each installation requires its own license, except for the one-time domain change/staging scenario described in Section 3.4.
2.4 License Types
  • Legacy Lifetime License (old “Pro Radio WP” one-time purchase with optional Support & Updates).
  • Pro Radio WP Standard (subscription).
  • Pro Radio WP Plus (subscription, including premium plugins and P+ templates).
  • All-in-One Radio Website (hosting + software bundle; hosting terms are covered under separate hosting agreements).
2.5 Support & Updates Service
  • Time-limited service (typically 1 year) included with the license, giving access to new releases and the Helpdesk.
  • Can be renewed periodically; not required to keep using the theme, but required to receive updates and support.
2.6 Subscription License
  • Pro Radio WP Standard and Pro Radio WP Plus are subscription products.
  • They require an active subscription and working license validation to keep all premium features enabled.
2.7 Soft-Disable
  • Automatic deactivation of Pro Radio premium features when a subscription or All-in-One software service expires, is suspended, or is terminated.
2.8 Customer and Account
  • Customer: the legal entity or individual that owns the account and purchases licenses.
  • Account: the profile used to buy, manage licenses, and request support; accounts are personal and cannot be shared or resold.
2.9 Services
  • All Pro Radio-related services, including themes, plugins, streaming integration, hosting, All-in-One packages, support, and any other paid or free service provided under the Pro Radio brand.

3. Licensing & GPL

3.1 GPL Components
  • The PHP code and integrated HTML of Pro Radio products are licensed under the General Public License (GPL).
  • The GPL clearly states that the software is provided without warranty and defines your rights and obligations for the GPL-licensed parts.
3.2 Commercial Components
  • All other parts, including CSS, JavaScript, images, design, and bundled non-GPL assets, are licensed under the Pro Radio commercial license linked to your purchase.
  • These parts cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared as installable products without written permission.
3.3 “In Plain English” Licensing
  • Every Pro Radio license (Lifetime, Standard, Plus, or All-in-One software component) lets you create one End Product: one public website for you or one client.
  • You may install, configure, and customize the theme and plugins on that website and, where allowed, use a temporary staging or local environment to prepare the site before moving it to the final domain (one domain change is included per license).
  • You do not have the right to:
    • Resell the same license to multiple people or clients.
    • Use one license to create or power multiple public websites.
    • Share, redistribute, or repackage the original installable theme, plugins, or templates, even with minimal changes.
  • The duration of your right to use Pro Radio depends on the type of license:
    • Legacy Lifetime Licenses allow you to keep using the theme on the licensed domain indefinitely, but Updates & Support require an active Support & Updates service.
    • Pro Radio WP Standard and Pro Radio WP Plus are subscription licenses: premium features, templates, and Plus-only components work only while the subscription is active and license validation succeeds, and are soft-disabled when the subscription is expired, suspended, or terminated.
    • Pro Radio Bundle can only be used on Pro Radio servers along with All in One Radio service, when the hosting service is active.
  • All licenses include access to updates and Helpdesk support only while your Support & Updates period or subscription is active; when it expires, you must renew the service or subscription to continue receiving new versions and support.
3.4 What You Can and Cannot Do (Standard License)
  • You can create 1 (one) public website (End Product) for yourself or a single client with each license.
  • You can transfer the final website to your client, including the license code and support access (unless a different agreement is in place).
  • You can create temporary testing or development copies in:
    • A local environment (e.g. LocalWP, MAMP, WAMP, Docker).
    • One non-public staging URL or subfolder clearly used for building or migrating the same website.
  • Once the theme is activated on a final website, you can reissue the license one time to change domain (for example, from staging domain to final domain). Additional domain changes require:
    • Paying a domain-change/reset fee (currently 35€), or
    • Purchasing an additional license.
  • You are free to modify the source code for your own needs, but:
    • Heavily modified installations may not be eligible for support if the changes break normal behavior.
    • We cannot be responsible for issues caused by custom modifications.
  • You cannot:
    • Use one license to create multiple independent websites.
    • Use one license to power a “website factory”, SaaS builder, or any multi-client platform.
    • Resell or redistribute the theme or plugins as installable products, with or without minor edits.

4. Product Families & License Types

4.1 Legacy Lifetime License (Old “Pro Radio WP” One-Time Purchase)
  • Covers one installation on one domain, with one domain change included.
  • The theme can be used indefinitely on the licensed domain, provided these terms are respected.
  • Updates and support are not permanent: they require an active Support & Updates service, which can be renewed.
  • As long as the Support & Updates service is renewed before it expires, the renewal price remains the same as the previous period, unless explicitly communicated otherwise.
  • If the Support & Updates service expires and you request a reactivation later, the price may change and the new activation will follow the current public price and conditions at the time of reactivation.
  • No access is guaranteed to subscription-only services such as:
    • Pro Radio WP Standard or Plus features.
    • Cloud template library.
    • Subscription-only premium plugins.
  • Staging and development environments beyond the one-time migration scenario require additional licenses.
  • Lifetime licenses can be permanently revoked if used on multiple domains or in case of license fraud.
4.2 Pro Radio WP Standard (Subscription)
  • Subscription-based license that includes the Pro Radio theme and core premium features.
  • Does not include Pro Radio Plus-exclusive templates or plugin bundle.
  • Requires active subscription and successful license validation to keep all Standard-only features enabled.
  • One installation per license, with one domain change included.
  • Additional domains, subdomains, subfolders, or permanent staging sites require separate licenses.
  • If the subscription expires, is suspended, or is terminated, premium features are soft-disabled as described in Section 3.7 and Section 9.1.
4.3 Pro Radio WP Plus (Pro Radio Plus Subscription)
  • Subscription service including:
    • Pro Radio theme with all Standard features.
    • Access to official premium plugins (Sidekick Premium, Dedications Premium, Business Tools, Podybot Podcast Importer, and similar). Elementor Pro is not included and not provided as it’s a software from a third party company.
    • Access to P+ Elementor templates and blocks (templates marked with the P+ logo).
    • Additional Plus-only features as communicated on the website.
  • Elementor Pro is not included and not provided, as it is a commercial software owned and sold by a third-party company. If you decide to use Elementor Pro, you must purchase and manage its license directly from Elementor.
  • Each active subscription licenses one End Product (one public website).
  • One non-public staging environment may be tolerated for the same project (e.g. staging.yoursite.com, local environment) as long as it is not used as a public second website and follows the one-time domain change rules. You must request a staging domain activation via helpdesk.
  • Multisite installations, multiple subfolders, or multiple subdomains require separate subscriptions.
  • If the subscription is expired, suspended, or terminated:
    • Plus-exclusive features, templates, and plugin access are soft-disabled.
    • Cloud templates and P+ elements are hidden and cannot be used or updated.
  • Switching from Plus to a Lifetime License:
    • Is possible when offered, but Plus-exclusive templates and services are no longer available after migration.
    • The Lifetime License must have an active Support & Updates service for future updates and support.
4.4 All-in-One Radio Website (Software Component)
  • Includes the software rights to use Pro Radio as part of the All-in-One hosting package.
  • Installation and validation rules follow the same logic as Pro Radio WP Standard and Plus:
    • One active installation per All-in-One service.
    • One domain change included.
    • Soft-disable if the service or subscription is suspended or terminated.
  • Hosting-related terms (uptime, backups, data location, etc.) are governed by separate Hosting Product Agreements and extensions.
4.5 Pro Radio Templates, Images, and Premium Plugins
  • Elementor templates marked with the P+ logo are exclusive to Pro Radio Plus and require an active Plus subscription to install, import, or use.
  • Demo images and media are provided for demonstration and example purposes only and must be replaced in the final live website.
  • Elementor Pro licenses are never included; any Elementor Pro usage must be licensed separately, if required.

5. Terms of Service

5.1 Terms Acceptance
  • By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Pro Radio product or service, you agree to this Agreement in full.
  • These terms apply to all users, including customers who purchased via resellers or bundles.
5.2 Amendments
  • Pro Radio may update these terms at any time.
  • Changes are communicated via the website (e.g. blog posts or Terms pages).
  • It is your responsibility to stay informed; continued use of the products after changes implies acceptance.
5.3 Nature of the Service
  • Pro Radio products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We do not guarantee the continuity of any specific feature, browser compatibility, or third-party integration.
  • Features may change or be removed due to technical evolution, security requirements, platform changes (WordPress, PHP, browsers), or business decisions.
  • Products can be retired at any time. You should always download and safely store copies after purchase.
5.4 Account Rules
  • You must provide accurate personal and billing information.
  • Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
  • You must not create multiple accounts to bypass bans, limits, or pricing.
5.5 Payments, Renewals, and Subscription Cycles
  • Subscription products (Standard, Plus, All-in-One software component and other recurring services such as Support & Updates extensions or hosting) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle when a pre-approved or recurring payment is active (for example via PayPal or card subscription).
  • By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges using the payment method on file.
  • Renewals are final and non-refundable, as detailed in the Refund Policy.
  • The customer is responsible for checking and managing any active pre-approved payments or subscriptions in their PayPal, Stripe, or bank account.
  • If a customer has an active automatic renewal and also pays the same invoice or service manually, the additional payment will not be refunded and will instead be applied to extend the service to the next billing period or to add extra time to the current service.
  • Double or duplicated payments caused by active subscriptions and manual payments are not eligible for refunds, as the customer is responsible for managing their own recurring payment authorizations.
  • Prices may change for new purchases and for reactivated subscriptions; reactivation may occur at the updated price.
5.6 Cancellation Rules
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via the official Helpdesk (ticket) at least 2 business days before the renewal date.
  • In some cases (e.g. Pro Radio Plus), you may also terminate the pre-approved payment directly from PayPal or Stripe; however, you remain responsible for ensuring cancellation before the next renewal.
  • Emails, invoice replies, or messages via other channels are not accepted as official cancellation requests.
  • Failing to cancel on time results in a non-refundable renewal.
5.7 Warranty Disclaimer
  • We offer no warranties that:
    • Services or content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use.
    • The website, theme, or plugins will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all environments.
    • Defects will always be corrected.
    • The site and services will be free from viruses or harmful components.
    • Communications to or from our systems will be secure or not intercepted.
  • Use of Pro Radio products is at your own risk.
5.8 Limitation of Liability
  • In no event shall Pro Radio or Qantum Themes SL be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.
  • Total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the total amount paid by you to Pro Radio during that same period.
5.9 Release and Indemnity
  • You release and discharge Pro Radio, its directors, employees, agents, contractors, and successors from any claims arising directly or indirectly from the use of our Services.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Pro Radio harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from:
    • Your breach of this Agreement.
    • Your use or misuse of the Services.
    • Your violation of third-party rights.
5.10 Site Content and Intellectual Property
  • All site content on pro.radio (images, documentation, text) is the property of Pro Radio, unless otherwise stated.
  • Replicating site content for commercial or non-commercial purposes requires prior written consent.
5.11 Privacy and Data Protection
  • Pro Radio products are designed to be compatible with major privacy regulations (such as GDPR), but do not automatically guarantee compliance.
  • You are responsible for informing your visitors about cookies, trackers, and data usage on your website.
  • Customer data may be collected and processed for:
    • Order processing and billing.
    • License management and support.
    • Service delivery (e.g. hosting, email providers, update servers).
  • Data may be shared with third-party providers strictly for service provisioning and legal compliance.
5.12 Software Updates and Product Retirement
  • Updates and support are provided as long as the product is actively developed.
  • We may discontinue products or services if:
    • The Pro Radio project is officially shut down.
    • The company is acquired or merged.
    • WordPress ceases active development.
    • A product is no longer technically viable or secure.

6. Support Terms and Definition

6.1 General Support Rules
  • Support is included for the duration of your active Support & Updates service or active subscription.
  • Support is provided exclusively via the official Helpdesk.
  • Requests sent via social networks, personal email, or other unofficial channels may be ignored or discarded.
  • Only the original buyer (account holder) can access the Helpdesk; access cannot be transferred.
  • For multi-installation or agency licenses, one Helpdesk user is allowed for all websites created under that license; end-clients do not receive direct Helpdesk access unless they purchase their own license.
  • The standard form of support is “questions and answers” in written form, related to a specific issue or topic.
  • Support may be limited or denied if:
    • The question is not related to Pro Radio products.
    • The request is too generic, poorly formulated, or not in English, Italian, or Spanish.
6.2 Support Territory – What Is Included
  • Server environment compatibility checks (often via diagnostic plugins).
  • Suggestions to adapt the server environment to Pro Radio requirements (PHP version, basic hosting settings).
  • Troubleshooting and suggestions for:
    • Theme and plugin installation procedures.
    • Demo import procedures.
    • Template usage and configuration.
    • Usage of built-in functionalities of Pro Radio themes and Pro Radio-made plugins.
  • Streaming channel integration for MP3/AAC streams and basic checks, up to 3 streaming channels per website (extra channels or repeated provider changes are outside support territory).
6.3 Support Does NOT Include
  • WordPress installation, unless explicitly provided as a paid service.
  • Performing theme or plugin updates for you. Support gives you access to new versions; updating is your responsibility.
  • Website backup and restore procedures.
  • Integration of streaming servers not listed as compatible, or streams blocked by:
    • Incorrect server configuration or CORS policies.
    • Geo-blocking or firewall rules.
  • Integration of unsupported formats (e.g. HLS, video streams, non-audio formats).
  • Configuration, troubleshooting, or customization of third-party plugins (e.g. Elementor, WooCommerce, GiveWP) beyond basic compatibility notes.
  • Custom development or modifications to achieve designs or features that are not part of the original theme or documented features.
  • Fixing issues caused by external plugins, scripts, modified core files, or incompatible hosting environments.
  • Server and hosting management:
    • Migrations, backups, mail setup, SSL, DNS, or custom server-side tasks.
  • Performance optimization:
    • Caching configuration, CDN setup, advanced speed tuning.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services:
    • Keyword research, content optimization, link building, search engine submission.
  • Security and malware removal
  • General web design or content work:
    • Creating pages or posts.
    • Uploading media or assets.
    • Designing layouts in Elementor or other builders.
  • Graphic design work:
    • Image editing, logo design, banner creation, or Photoshop/Illustrator tasks.
  • Non-technical or business consulting:
    • Finding DJs, music licensing, copyright, legal or bureaucratic topics.
  • WordPress/Elementor/WooCommerce general training or tutorials beyond the official documentation of Pro Radio products.
  • Migration from staging to production environments, unless explicitly included in a separate paid service agreement.
6.4 Support Usage Limits and Paid Services
  • Support is considered excessively consumed when a single case exceeds 10 replies; refunds are not granted once this limit is passed.
  • Installation, configuration, and demo import are paid services and are not included in standard support.
  • If we decide, at our discretion, to perform installation or configuration work for free as a courtesy, the value of this work may be deducted from any eventual refund (for example: if the theme costs 100€ and installation is valued at 70€, the maximum refundable amount becomes 30€).
6.5 Helpdesk Conduct and Abuse
  • We aim to provide professional, friendly, and efficient support for all customers.
  • Offensive, racist, denigratory, spammy, or threatening messages are not tolerated.
  • Customers who repeatedly violate basic rules of respect and common sense may be warned and, in serious or repeated cases, permanently banned from the Helpdesk and support services.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 General Rules
  • This Refund Policy applies to:
    • Pro Radio WP Standard
    • Pro Radio WP Plus
    • All-in-One Radio Website (software component)
    • Legacy Lifetime licenses
    • All official Pro Radio add-on plugins
  • Refunds are available only within 14 days from the first purchase of a specific product.
  • Renewal payments are never refundable.
  • Refunds must be requested exclusively from the same customer account, via Helpdesk ticket.
  • Consumers and businesses are both eligible for refunds, but for business customers (B2B) stricter technical criteria apply as defined below.
7.2 Eligibility Conditions – Valid Reasons
  • Product does not install:
    • If no installation logs exist, a refund can be approved without further conditions.
    • If installation was attempted, customer must provide WP Admin and FTP access and allow up to 3 business days for resolution.
  • Major reproducible bug:
    • A core feature is unusable due to a documented bug.
    • The issue is reproducible in a supported environment and not caused by hosting limits or third-party conflicts.
  • Product does not match the demo:
    • Customer provides screenshots and access to the site.
    • We are given up to 3 business days to correct the discrepancy.
  • Website breaks immediately after installation:
    • Customer provides access for investigation.
    • We are allowed up to 3 business days to resolve the issue.
  • User skill/knowledge is insufficient:
    • If we cannot reasonably help the customer via support, and logs show the product was not effectively used, a refund may be granted.
  • User changed mind:
    • If the product was never installed (no license installation logs), a refund is granted within 14 days with no additional conditions.
7.3 Non-Eligible Conditions
  • Hosting issues, server configuration problems, or incompatible environments (PHP version, modules, memory limits) that do not meet published requirements.
  • Conflicts with third-party themes or plugins not provided by Pro Radio.
  • Refund requests made after the product has been installed, if access is denied or we are not allowed the 3 business-day window to investigate.
  • Refund requests after extensive support usage (more than 10 replies) on the same case.
  • Subscription renewals (monthly, yearly, or any other periodic cycle).
  • Services already delivered, such as:
    • Paid installation, configuration, or custom services.
    • Migration or custom development work.
  • Refunds based solely on user preferences (e.g. “I don’t like the design anymore”) after installation and use.
7.4 Support Interaction Before Refund
  • A support ticket must be opened before requesting a refund for any technical reason.
  • The customer must allow up to 3 business days for us to:
    • Analyze the issue.
    • Request access and logs.
    • Attempt a fix or provide a working solution.
7.5 Refund Processing
  • Refunds, when approved, are processed within 3 business days.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Pro Radio is not responsible for any differences in currency conversion, bank fees, or exchange rate fluctuations.
  • If we have performed paid-equivalent work (such as installation or configuration) free of charge as a courtesy, the commercial value of this service may be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Duplicated payments caused by the combination of pre-approved subscriptions and manual payments are not refunded; the extra payment is applied as additional time or as an extension to the service.
7.6 Special Rules for Subscription Products and Hosting
  • Pro Radio WP Standard and Plus:
    • Refunds are available only for the first payment of a new subscription, within 14 days and under the eligibility rules above.
    • No refunds are provided for renewals or ongoing subscription cycles.
  • All-in-One Radio Website (software component):
    • Standard rule: 14-day money-back for the first purchase, subject to the same conditions.
    • No refunds for renewals once the hosting/server is provisioned and used.
    • Termination must be requested at least 2 business days before renewal via ticket.

8. License Violations, Disputes, and Enforcement

8.1 Multiple-Domain and Multi-Site Usage
  • One license can be used on only one public website (one End Product) and one approved domain change.
  • Using the same license on multiple domains, subdomains, subfolders, or WordPress multisite is strictly forbidden.
  • Each additional installation (production, staging, or development beyond the one-time migration exception) requires its own license.
8.2 Illegal Distribution and Resale
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original theme, plugins, or templates in any form that allows installation by third parties.
  • Uploading the products to public repositories, “GPL clubs,” or similar services is prohibited.
8.3 Attempts to Bypass Validation
  • Modifying, blocking, or bypassing license validation or subscription checks is a material breach of this Agreement.
  • Using firewall rules, code changes, or custom scripts to impersonate valid licenses or avoid subscription checks is prohibited.
8.4 Consequences of License Fraud
  • Immediate account termination.
  • Immediate revocation of all existing licenses.
  • Permanent domain bans for the involved domains and, if necessary, associated infrastructure.
  • No possibility to purchase future licenses or receive future support.
8.5 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
  • Opening a PayPal/Stripe dispute, chargeback, or bank reversal without first following the Refund Policy and contacting support is considered abuse.
  • Such actions may result in:
    • Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the customer account.
    • Permanent revocation of all licenses and domain bans.
    • Permanent prohibition from using Pro Radio services in the future.
  • Fraudulent disputes may be reported to payment processors, financial institutions, and relevant authorities.
8.6 Recovery Fees for Unauthorized Use
  • If a license is bypassed, shared, resold, duplicated, or used on multiple installations in violation of this Agreement, the customer agrees to pay a Recovery Fee intended to cover administrative, technical, legal, and commercial damages caused by the violation.
  • The standard Recovery Fee is 750€ per unauthorized installation. This amount reflects:
    • Investigation time and technical analysis.
    • Administrative processing and communication.
    • Loss of legitimate license sales.
    • Preparation of documentation for eventual legal action.
  • If the unauthorized use involves multiple websites or client projects, the Recovery Fee applies per website or installation.
  • Additional legal or enforcement expenses may be added if the case requires external counsel, formal notifications, or legal proceedings.
  • Payment of the Recovery Fee does not prevent further actions such as account termination, license revocation, domain bans, or reporting to fraud-prevention networks.
  • Failure to pay the Recovery Fee may result in collection procedures and legal recovery actions in accordance with Spanish and EU law.

9. Suspension, Soft-Disable, and Cancellation Effects

9.1 Behavior When a Subscription or Service Expires
  • For Pro Radio WP Standard, Pro Radio WP Plus, and All-in-One software components, if the subscription or service expires, is suspended, or is terminated:
    • Pro Radio audio players are disabled.
    • Pro Radio Elementor widgets and Plus-exclusive elements are disabled.
    • Cloud template access and import features are disabled.
    • The WordPress dashboard displays a “License Expired” or similar notice.
    • The website remains online, but premium Pro Radio features will not function until the license or subscription is renewed.
9.2 Voluntary Cancellation
  • Customers must request cancellation via Helpdesk ticket at least 2 business days before the renewal date.
  • Where applicable, customers may also cancel their recurring payment directly via their PayPal or Stripe account; however:
    • They remain responsible for ensuring cancellation happens before the renewal date.
    • No refunds are due for renewals that were not properly cancelled in time.
9.3 Termination for Abuse or Violations
  • Severe or repeated violations of this Agreement may result in immediate termination, without refund.
  • All related domains may be permanently banned from using Pro Radio products.
  • Terminated accounts cannot be reactivated or re-enrolled as customers.

10. Legal Compliance, Governing Law, and Miscellaneous

10.1 Consumer and Business Rights
  • Consumers enjoy all mandatory rights granted by applicable EU consumer law for digital content and services.
  • Business customers (B2B) accept stricter conditions for refunds and support, as defined in this Agreement.
10.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • ProRadio and Qantum Themes SLU are based in Spain.
  • This Agreement is governed by Spanish law and applicable EU regulations.
  • Any dispute arising from the use of Pro Radio products or services shall be submitted to the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
10.3 Severability
  • If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
10.4 Entire Agreement
  • This Master License, Terms of Service, and Usage Policy replaces and consolidates any conflicting terms previously published under:
    • WordPress Theme and Plugins Terms of Service
    • Support Terms and Definition
    • WordPress Theme License
    • Pro Radio Plus – Terms of Service & License Agreement
  • In case of doubt, this document prevails over older, fragmented versions of the terms.
