March 16 Pricing Update + New Optional Support Service for Third-Party Plugin Issues

AD

Why we’re publishing this Terms of Service and Pricing update

Pro Radio is used in real-world WordPress environments with dozens of plugins, different hosting stacks, and very different technical setups.
To keep support sustainable and response times consistent, we’re introducing an optional paid service for third-party troubleshooting, and we’re also applying our yearly pricing revision on March 16.

1) March 16 yearly pricing revision (active services will NOT change)

On March 16, we are updating our pricing as part of our yearly revision.

  • Prices will increase by 5% to 15%, depending on the service.
  • No price change will be applied to any active recurring service you already have.
  • Your current recurring payments stay exactly the same, as a thank you to loyal customers who keep their services active.

Important note about suspended or expired services

If a service is currently suspended or expired, it can be reactivated, but it will be available at the new updated price.
This includes, for example:

  • Addons
  • Updates & Support services
  • Other recurring services

What you should do now

If you’re planning to buy, upgrade, or reactivate something soon, the best move is simple:

  • Buy/upgrade/reactivate before March 16 to lock the current price.
  • If you already have active recurring services, you don’t need to do anything: your recurring price stays unchanged.

Your support expired? Just contact us.

If your support expired and you want to extend it before the price changes, just get in touch .

2) New optional service: third-party plugin troubleshooting (on request)

Pro Radio support has always been focused on Pro Radio products and the Pro Radio bundle.
But many problems reported in tickets are actually caused by third-party plugins or external software, for example:

  • Cache and performance plugins
  • Security plugins and firewall rules
  • Optimization/minification tools
  • Importers and RSS automation plugins
  • Third party Elementor add-ons
  • Custom snippets and custom code
  • Hosting rules, server-level caching, WAF rules, or limitations

Until now, when an issue was caused by external software, the typical solution was to contact the plugin author, your hosting provider, or a separate developer. In some cases, we still helped anyway, but that extra time isn’t sustainable anymore because it’s not included in the product price (and we want to keep Pro Radio as affordable as possible).

That said, we won’t leave you alone: starting now, you can request that we handle third-party troubleshooting for you as an optional paid service, so you can move faster and keep everything under one technical team. This includes fixing hosting misconfigurations, troubleshooting plugin conflicts, repairing malware infections or security issues, or identifying any other sort of problem that is not related to our software.

How it works

  • If the root cause is third-party software, we’ll tell you clearly in the ticket. You have the option to fix the issue by disabling any third party plugin and updating server settings if rquired.
  • Before starting any billable work, we’ll provide a generic estimate and request your approval (a reply in the ticket is enough).
  • Rate: 120€/hour, billed in small time increments, with a minimum charge of 40€ per case.

Check the new Terms of service at this link [ref. 6.6 Third-Party Issues and Billable Technical Assistance]

“But I already pay support — why would I be charged more?”

This is a fair question, so let’s make it simple and transparent.

  • We fully guarantee and support the correct functionality of Pro Radio when it runs in a good WordPress hosting environment and within our supported setup.
  • That means: a server that meets our system requirements, and only Pro Radio & the plugins included in the Pro Radio bundle enabled, in a domain covered by the license, and support service is active.

How to make sure your issue is 100% covered by standard support

If you don’t want to be charged for troubleshooting, the checklist is straightforward:

  1. Disable all third-party plugins
  2. Enable only Pro Radio and the plugins included with the theme
  3. Verify your server meets our requirements (PHP, memory limits, extensions, etc.) using this guide:System Requirements →

If the requirements are not met, the next step is to contact your hosting provider and request the required configuration.

If your server meets the requirements and only our bundled plugins are enabled, but the problem still happens, then it’s clearly within our scope — and our team will take care of it 100% included in the price.

When paid troubleshooting applies

The optional paid service only applies when the root cause is outside the Pro Radio bundle, for example:

  • Other plugins installed (cache/security/optimization/importers/Elementor add-ons/custom code)
  • Hosting or server issues where requirements are not met or server rules interfere with WordPress

In those cases, we can still help you and fix it fast — but it becomes an extra service because it’s not part of the standard theme license support.
