Our player now incorporates “aria” tags on the primary action buttons, significantly improving compatibility with screen readers. This enhancement ensures that all your listeners can effortlessly navigate and enjoy your website with ease.
Enhanced SEO: Optimal Song Title Integration
A few months ago, we introduced an exceptional feature for iOS and Android devices, enabling the display of song titles on locked mobile screens and Bluetooth-connected devices like speakers, televisions, and car hi-fi units. However, some users experienced indexing issues, with search engines displaying the song title instead of the correct HTML header title. To address this, we’ve made significant improvements to the player, implementing a user-agent filter that optimizes functionality based on the connection. This prevents Google and Bing from indexing song titles while preserving the screen title functionality.
Updating the Player: A Simple 3-Step Process
To update your Pro Radio Player, follow these three straightforward steps:
- Head to your WordPress dashboard and click on Pro Radio Admin.
- Click “Install and Update Plugins.”
- Click on the “Update” button for the player plugin.
To install new udpates please make sure to have an active Updates and Support service for your Pro Radio WordPress Theme. Your “Updates” service expired? Contct us to know how to extend it!
