Log in to your account and visit the Add-ons page to extend your Updates & Support service.

Has your service already expired? Open a helpdesk ticket and ask us to reactivate it. You don’t need to purchase a new Pro Radio WP license.

What does your renewal include?

• Theme and plugin updates: get the latest features, fixes, performance improvements, and compatibility updates.
• Technical support: get help with Pro Radio setup, bundled plugins, demo imports, and theme-related questions.
• Installation access: install or reinstall Pro Radio and import the demos available with your license.

Does my website stop working if I don’t renew?

No. Your standard Pro Radio WP license remains valid for the domain linked to it. Expiration of Updates & Support does not deactivate your existing theme, but an active service is required for updates, new installations, and technical support.

Already using Pro Radio Plus? Updates and support are included with your active Plus subscription, so you don’t need this separate renewal.
