- The Standard License grants a worldwide license to use the theme and its related plugins and graphics, for a personal usage or to create a single end-user product (e.g. if you are a designer or agency, you can create 1 website for a customer with each license, including unlimited local installation for test purposes).
- With a Standard License you can create 1 (one) end product (eg. website) and resell it, or give it for free, one time to 1 (one ) customer. You cannot use a single Standard license to create more than one public website. This limitation does not apply to local installations, which are allowed for development purposes. For multiple website or other end-user usages, you need one Standard License for each different installation, or a Multi-Site license.
- As “end product” is intended an application, including effort and skills, of our original software or application, meant as installation, configuration and adaptation to the finsl user purposes and peculiar design.
- Is forbidden to resell installable copies of the theme or any plugin from Pro.Radio without our specific consent.
What you can and cannot do
- You can make 1 (one) website for a single client, and transfer him the license, including purchase code and the support access.
- You can install the product multiple time in a local environment for development purposes, or create multiple subfolder copy on the same domain linked to the product license.
- Once the theme is activated on a website, you can reissue the license one time, to change domain and reinstall the theme again, or move from the staging domain to the production URL. Additional license reissues will require a reset procedure that has a fee currently quantified in 20€ for the work of the procedure. No reissues are required to install a copy in a subfolder, or reinstall in the same domain unlimited times.
- You are free to modify the source code to fit your specific requirements of functionality or design, but changes that can harm the correct functionality or presentation of the product may not be eligible for the product support service (eg. if you change how the theme or the plugins work or look, we may not be able to provide support, as this can result in any unpredictable cascade of issues).
- You can create more than 1 testing non-public website using a single license, in a local environment or in a testing non-public server.
- You cannot resell or redistribute for free the original software, themes or plugins as installable product “as is” or with minimal changes. The software you buy here is intended to be used personally or to create 1 final product for your customer.
- You cannot create and resell modified versions of our original themes and plugins to multiple users. if you do, you need 1 Standard license for every copy that’s being resold or redistributed.
- You cannot build for yourself or for customers a saas service that allows to create multiplr websites using one single license of the product, or if you do, you need to purchase a new Single license for every usage of such product. For instance, you cannot create a service allowing to build other websites with our software or plugins using one Single License of our theme or plugins, for free or under a subscription fee. In this case, please contact us to find a commercial agreement.
- You cannot extract and resell (nor redistribute for free) as stand-alone softwares, graphics or plugins the single components of our themes and plugins.
- You cannot leave the stock photos imported from the demo in your final website. Any image contained in our demos is intended for demonstration purposes only, and should be replaced in the final customer website. After importing the demo contents, you should change the images contained in the demo with your own, as they are licensed to us for demonstration purposes and not for reselling or redistribution. Nor you can resell or redistribute for free the single stock picutes provided with the demo contents.
- You cannot use any software, plugin, or image in illegal ways: for example, you cannot use our theme or plugins to redistribute illegal contents, software, music or information.
- You cannot misuse any demo contents like face pictures to create illegal products like fake IDs, nor resell them for similar illegal purposes.
- We are entitled to terminate your product license, without providing any refund, if you break the terms of this software license.
- The ownership of the original product remains to Pro.Radio, who establish the product redistribution and usage regulations. You or your customer are not allowed to resell any of the Pro.Radio or third party included software or plugins “as it is” (or “as they are”). This means that you can’t, for example, make a website where you sell this product or its plugins, without a demostrable usage clearance from us.
- Our software is compliant with the requirements to adapt it to the current worldwide privacy regulations. This doesn’t mean that it is ready “as it is” nor it provides the plugins to comply with any specific country regulations, but it allows to use your chosen plugins and settings to make your website compliant with the GDPR or other Worldwide privacy regulations. Is up to you to inform your visitors (or your customer’s visitos) about the cookies policies and private data usage, which depends on the specific usage you do of the website.
- You are hereby informed that WordPress, our theme and some plugins may use anonymous cookies to perform certain functionalities, such as chart voting, music, font downloading, video embedding or similar. Is up to you to manage the usage of those cookies and functionalities, and adequately inform the visitors of the end-product about this, compatibly with the specific privacy regulations of your country.
