Congratulations! You have been invited to the beta access for our new software.
If you wish to partecipate, there are a few rules you have to accept.
Beta access
The partecipants to our beta program are selected manually after an evaluation of their website usage and potential. There are less available positions than the amount of invitations we sent, because partecipant’s motivation is a selection criteria. If the coupon is not working, the positions are over.This is part of the test. You can still purchase the software if you want.
Non-disclosure
You can use the software you’re provided for the scope it’s been created. It’s forbidden to post or share on any other website or social network any screenshot, information or opinion about the software you’re about to test. First rule of the beta: don’t talk about the beta.
Non-redistribution
It’s strictly forbidden to use the plugin on other websites or share it using any media or channel.
Support
Support for the partecipants of the beta program is provided through the standard Pro Radio helpdesk and requires a valid “support and updates” access. Support is normally provided but not guaranteed within 24 hours.
In case of technical issues that cannot be resolved only by ticket, we may request backend access to your WordPress installation.
Partecipation and feedback
You’re in duty of providing a personal feedback on the tested software when requested and within 1 week from the feedback request. Since the scope of the beta is to test the product on the field and gather user opinions, you’ll be asked to provide a feedback through an online poll after some time. If you don’t provide a feedback, you will lose access to the free software beta version.
Termination
The beta program has not planned duration. It can be terminated anytime without prior notification. Partecipants to the beta testing will have free access to the beta version for the time specified in the beta invitation. Partecipation to the beta may not guarantee free access to the product. Rewards for the beta partecipations will be provided depending on the specific software.
Access withdrawal
We can decide for any reason to suspend temporarily or permanently the access to the beta software to one or multiple customers, without providing any specific explanation. We are not in duty or providing any continuity to the software development. In case of technical issues, the software can be retired from the market anytime and its functionality can be suspended from your website automatically.
Non-liability
You understand this is a TEST VERSION. We made our best to make everything as perfect as possible and we will gather any feedback about possible bugs or issues but under no circumstance Qantum Themes or Pro Radio can be held responsible for any damage to any website, property, computer or company for the usage of the beta software.
You are in charge of keeping a backup of your website and restoring it in case any technical issue of the beta software or incompatibility with third party plugins may result in website problems, errors, server issues or other technical problem with your site. Take a backup, if everything happens you can decide to stop using the beta software anytime and revert to your backup. if anything happens related to the beta software, please be aware we are not responsible of providing any refund, reembursement or compensation.
No warranty
We may eventually find out this product is not ready yet for commercialization, in which case the beta can be temporarily or permanently discontinued without any prior notification and we don’t provide any guarantee on when or if a new beta or final version will be published on the market. This means if we find out that the software is not good or won’t perform as expected, it could be retired from the market without any further fix or update.
We are not in duty of changing or adding any function after a customer comment, request or suggestion. Receiving feedbacks is the reason why we make the beta open, but we are not in charge of providing whatsoever customization to the software functionality or design.
End of Beta and updates
At the end of the Beta period specified for a specific service, your free access will end. You are free to continue using the service by renewing it manually or stop using it. There is no automatic charge, subscription or renewal. Partecipating to the beta can grant a reward such as an extension of the software usage beyond the Beta period. No economical reward or payment is contemplated.
Breaking one or more of the terms of this agreement may cause the immediate termination of the beta access without notification.
