Pro Radio Dedications is a WordPress plugin that allows you to collect and display dedications on your radio station website based on the Pro Radio WordPress Theme. This plugin includes a customizable form that can be added to any page using Elementor.
Easily display a dedications form in your radio station website
This radio dedications form boasts powerful features that set it apart from simple forms available elsewhere:

We include a basic version of the plugin with the barebone required functions with any Pro Radio WordPress Theme license, so for the entry-level functionality of receiving and displaying dedications, you’re already covered without any extra cost! This means that if you build your radio station website with Pro Radio WordPress Theme, your dedications system is already up and running! No extra costs required!
Of course, we wanted to provide something more complete, both for professionals and for more demanding users, that’s why the Premium Version was born.
The Premium version of our radio dedications plugin has several advanced options to boost the user engagement, streamline the website management, approvals process and antispam options.
1. Backend instant notifications
If there are pending notifications, you will see a bright admin notification in your WordPress Dashboard. Clicking on the notification will instantly take you to the pending submissions, to easily approve or reject them.
2. Optional email field for the user
With “Pro Radio Dedications Premium” you can enable the email field for the frontend submission form. This allows to collect the user address for future reference, to provide confirmation upon approval of the submission, and to contact the user directly for your radio shows, interviews, phone calls and more. The address can also be used for antispam purposes.
3. Custom admin email address
With the premium version of this plugin you can specify a custom email address for the administrator of the Dedications. By default that’s the website admin email, but with Dedications Premium you can change it to any custom email, for instance a colleague appointed to that task.
4. Admin notification via email for new submissions
The administrator receives an instant email when a new dedication is submitted. So you know in real time when you get a message, and can promptly reply to the user. This can instantly boost the engagement because allows to provide instant feedback to the users, and makes them happy for a rapid interaction with their favorite radio. Also, this function saves you time, allowsing to check the notifications form your email, without requiring to log in your WordPress dashboard to verify pending dedications.
5. Automatic user notification upon approval
When you publish a dedication, the user will instantly receive an email, and they can come back to your website to check, and share the link to his loved ones. The feedback will convert into returning traffic, increased satisfaction, and more hally listeners!
6. Custom email notification text
The approval email received by the users can be customized by typing your own custom message, inviting the user to call your radio, or providing a bonus or special link in the reply.
7. Email-based antispam filtering
If you’ve run a radio station for an extended period, you’re for sure familiar with annoying followers, aka “stalkers”. These individuals seemingly have nothing better to do than send messages around the clock, monopolizing the airwaves and creating a substantial workload to sift through and delete their incessant submissions. Drawing from this experience, our plugin has been equipped with an email-based antispam filter. This feature serves to ward off an onslaught of emails from persistent users by allowing manual blacklisting of their email addresses, effectively preventing any future submissions. Consider the problem solved once and for all!
8. IP-based antispam blacklisting
Email filtering sometimes is not enough, and bots are another real problem. That’s why our premium version also features an effective IP-based antispam filtering, which uses advanced IP detection technology based on both frontend and backend IP recognition, to minimize bot submissions, and detect spammers not only by their email but also by their email address.
Plus, you can manually blacklist an IP by adding it to the blacklist. Only available with the Premium version of dedications!
9. Custom number of pending submissions
By default, “Pro Radio Dedications” used email and IP to count pending dedications and allows a maximum of 20 pending messages, after which the user will be prevented from sending mroe dedications. But this number may not fit your requirement. In case of heavy spam activity, you may want to set it to a lower number, that’s why with Dedications Premium, you can also set a different numebr of pending dedications, like 1 or 2, instantly blocking stalkers and bots. After an approval, that IP and Email will be unlocked, and can submit a new dedication.
