Radio Rueda nació como una radio en español, hace 12 años. La intención era dar un espacio a las producciones que generabamos, pero también abrir el juego a otros creadores. Habitualmente nuestros sitios se hacían en weebly. Cuando tomamos la decisión de saltar a wordpress, empezamos a ver plantillas, y sin dudas pro.radio captó toda nuestra atención. En primer lugar por el cuidado diseño gráfico y la cantidad de opciones de customización. Y luego, por realmente ser muy distinta a las que la mayoría de las radios online utilizan. Dimos el paso, y para nuestra sorpresa, encontramos a un equipo de desarrolladores del otro lado, con el que pudimos y podemos intercambiar ideas, necesidades, bugs… Los tiempos de respuesta son excelentes y debemos decir que siempre, a lo largo de estos últimos 3 años en los que usamos la plantilla, recibimos respuestas satisfactorias.
Nuestra estación sigue en crecimiento, ahora somos bilingües, y tenemos programas generados desde distintas partes del mundo. Sabemos que nos queda mucho trabajo por hacer. Pero estamos seguros de que con el look and feel de pro.radio, hay una gran parte del trabajo realizado. Saber que nuestra web se ve y oye bien en distintos browsers y con distintas configuraciones de ordenadores, nos llena de confianza para continuar emitiendo y produciendo contenidos en un océano de información, como es internet.
Si pudiésemos pedir algo, diríamos que aún echamos de menos la posibilidad de que los horarios de los programas se muestren en el uso horario de la geolocalización del oyente.
Gracias a pro.radio y todo el equipo por comprometerse con su trabajo, y también por el maravilloso template para podcasts, al que también, poco a poco, lo vamos completando para muy pronto dar vida a un nuevo proyecto.

Radio Rueda was born as a Spanish-language radio station 12 years ago. The intention was to provide a space for the productions we generated, but also to open the door to other creators. Typically, our websites were created on Weebly. When we made the decision to switch to WordPress, we started looking at templates, and without a doubt, pro.radio caught all of our attention. Firstly, due to its careful graphic design and the multitude of customization options. And then, because it was truly different from what most online radios use. We took the leap, and to our surprise, we found a team of developers on the other side with whom we could and can exchange ideas, needs, bugs… The response times are excellent, and we must say that throughout these past 3 years using the template, we have always received satisfactory responses.
Our station continues to grow; now we are bilingual and have programs generated from different parts of the world. We know that there is still much work to be done, but we are confident that with the look and feel of pro.radio, a large part of the work is already done. Knowing that our website looks and sounds good on different browsers and with different computer configurations fills us with confidence to continue broadcasting and producing content in the vast ocean of information that is the internet.
If we could ask for something, we would say that we still miss the possibility of displaying program schedules in the listener’s geolocation time zone.
Thanks to pro.radio and the entire team for their commitment to their work, and also for the wonderful podcast template, which we are slowly completing to soon bring to life a new project.
